Rear Running lights 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT2

Alright guys i have a question my right rear running light is not working replaced the harness and bulbs that did not work blinker and hazard lights still work on right and left side just not the running light checked the fuses everything seemed okay on that end don't know what else to check. Need help !!
 


yes brand new bulb and correct bulb size and I'm getting power to the other 2 bulbs that are connected so i assume so but i would have to check
 
Test the bulb to make sure both filaments work. "Brand new" means nothing.

Test the socket that is the issue. If it isn't getting power, then you need to work your way back to find where the power is being lost. If the other connected bulbs are working, then I'd suspect a bad "brand new bulb", or a bad light socket.
