Rear O2 sensor emulator/cat and stuff

i have speed daddy headers on my car, and just a cai(cone filter on pvc pipe). i cut out my cat because it collapsed inside and i have no res, into stock mufflers.i know you will yell at me for having no res but oh well for now. i bought a O2 emulator from zzp and plugged it in and ive put about 150 miles on the car, its still throwing these codes.

P0137
HO2S12 circuit connection condition(heated oxygen sensor bank1 sensor 2)

and

P0140
HO2S12 circuit connection condition(heated oxygen sensor bank1 sensor 2)

do i have to have these codes cleared with a scanner before they will go away or am i missing something here? I know i need to tune the car but i need to save some money in the meantime i dont understand why this isnt working,,, any help would be appreciated, thanks
 


its ok just ive heard 01 + cars with emulators is a no go

and i think i may have heard of this somewhere before... i heard with headers the upstream 02 sometimes doesnt get hot enough at idle or highway cruising or something?
maybe some one can confirm that?

id go to autozone and clear the codes and see if they come back to start
 
went to pep boys and cleared the codes 10 minutes ago haha, light stayed off for the 4 miles home, hopefully itll stay off until atleast after i get my inspection sticker.
