Rear Bumper Removal and Fog Light replaced

Wondering if anyone can give me some insight as to how a rear bumper is taken off of a 2000 gt. I need a new one, so I wanna go to the wreckers and get one or else I'm looking at $1000 to get the new one, installed and painted.

Also, anyone know how to change a fog light bulb? I haven't played around much with either, but I have one out.

Ps- I have considered buying on from Morads, but I live in Canada so I'm thinking the shipping will wash out any kind of used savings.
 


The fog light bulb you just unplug it and twist it about 1/4 turn counter clockwise, or clockwise, I can't remember for sure and it should pull right out. I have never taken a bumper of on these cars yet but just have a look around for all the clips and bolts that would hold it on. There might be some under the trunk carpeting as well. I'm sure someone else will pop in and be able to tell you for sure.
