Rear Breaks

When i hit my breaks, the rear breaks make a funny sound. it sounds like a scrap but its an intermediet scrap. When i put new breaks on the rear, i got my roters turned and put cerramic pads on the rear. what do you think its is.

first off, u mean "scrape" right? lol. but its kinda hard to tell without hearing it. it could be something simple like the guide pins arent greased, and its getting stuck on and off when u hit the brakes. i would take everything apart, and check it out, then re-grease it all. then go from there.
