Rear brake ?

I was changing my brakes on my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix and I was trying to compress the rear passenger side caliper but it wasn't budging don't know if its froze up or I need a special to anybody know

Post a pic? And the only tool I used was the loan a tool caliper compressor from autozone

Used a C-clamp on mine...., dunno how froze your's is though.

04 to 08 NON gxps need a special tool..the piston screws back in...DO not use a clamp it will ruin the caliper..

It's like 5 bucks to buy the tool at autostore

I just rented the tool, just make sure the pin is in the tool or it won't work

2008 is screw in. Compressing it won't do any good.

I use a needle nose pliers to turn them in
