If I were to use the gtp rear caliper with the gxp caliper bracket would that work so I don't have to frig around with the hubs and e-brake cable?
 


no.

your caliper is setup for a solid rotor.

the GXP is setup for a vented rotor.

maybe two to three times the thickness.
 
Ah, I didn't think about the spacing in between for the rotor and pads. Guess I'll have no choice to do it the right way.
