Really need someone to help me switch tie rod in fort worth!!!

I'm pretty sure it's the driver side tie rod that's bad and I need someone from Fort Worth to come and help me switch it out. I recently had surgery done from an injury I sustained in Afghanistan and I'm unable to do so myself. I am rocking this sling contraption and can't do it.
