i pay to play
folks, i'm so happy. i'm 38, due to work accident in 2001, got put on disability. Messed around after i healed up and went back to school for biomedical engineering tech. Well, I started as a student at a local hospital 1.5.yrs ago. $10 per hr and on the job training were the compensation. I've been talking to a rental company(for hospital equipment) and today was officially offered the job!!!!! hot damn!!!!!no more student pay with no benefits. 2-22-10 i;ll be a working at U.H.S. universal hospital services, as a field tech. pay is exactly double starting out. full benefits, retirement , phone and computer and car provided.!!!!the experience i can get from this place will be priceless. maybe 1 or 2 yrs from now, i'll move into ct's and xray equipment:those guys make in the $40 hr range. point is , ur not too old to change and do something else. school of some kind, should be in everyones future. now maybe after a big tv , i'll get some gtp parts..no car payment yet!!:th_peaceout:

I have had nothing handed to me, i have had some ****ty jobs...yeah, i make enough to help my daughter, she's a high school senior. atleast i'll be able to help her w/school. later this summer:::gonna find me a fox body and put the 351 to good use. i plan on keeping the gtp also...
