So last night I showed up to the first local forum "car meet" which ended up being a bunch of d bag ricers in cavaliers talking crap and such so I decided to leave and as I was leaving this late 90s Saab showed up and it spooled up very nicely when he gave it some coming in. I planned on staying long enough to talk to him and see what was done to his car and he claimed it was stock just running higher boost and had the recirculation pipe off and was recirculating to atmosphere which made everything louder...what ever the hell that meant. lol I told him I was stock and he asked if I waned to go out in the country and have a run...It wasnt the smartest idea but I said sure why not ill probably just embarrass the guy since its a Saab and he is huuuuuuuge so ill have the advantage. Anyways...we did 4 runs all from different speeds and one from a dig and I could just not keep up with the kid. His car just walked all over me...I couldnt do anything to keep up I was quite surprised....Idk if any of you have come across a Saab but I thought of them to be slow specially the late 90s ones... I know the newerish 9-3 Aeros are fast but didnt expect it from that car. His car was a 5 speed which maybe if we were both automatic I could have had a shot but it brought me down to earth on how slow my car is and now I must modd!!
 


You guys must not have gotten the ice and snow crap we got in Point yesterday.

Those Saabs are pretty quick. Light as hell.
 
Ive been looking for a 9-2x as a DD but the aeros which are the nice ones are hard to find....and Nophix we had crappy weather last night up until like 5pm? we met at 9 last night and by then everything was clear.. We had small hail which then turned into snow and rain

We got coated in ice here. Took off this morning to run to the store, and slid most of the way.

The Saab 9-x is a riot to drive. Very go-cart like, without being terrible to live with daily.
 
Damn it wsnt so bad here nothing really stuck the ground was too warm...and yeah if i found a nice enough 9-2x i think id sell the gp lol
