Random stalling and fuel leak

My 97 GTP is randomly stalling at low speed happened in the parking lot of grocery store on wednesday night, in traffic thursday morning, didnt want to stay running thursday after work (I smacked the fuse box a little got back in started right up, could be totally unrelated but the relay seems to get hotter than it should), at a stop light on saturday afternoon, no matter the temp outside hot or cold it doesnt care. Some days it runs perfectly fine, it actually performs very well otherwise.

On Friday at Shell i was filling up, put the pump in set it to low, while i was standing there i heard the pump click off, it cost me over $70 to fill up, this never happens it's usually around $55. I notice a strong smell of gas look down and there is a huge puddle under my car. I got on the ground and it seemed to be dripping from several places making it difficult for me to determine the issue. I took pictures to the best of my ability. I drove the car back to work about a quarter mile. Parked it and was still dripping gas a bit. Had my bf drive it home (15 miles) while I followed I could not see any gas leaking while he drove. I drove it again over the weekend and I can smell gas when i get out of the car. Now that i'm at 3/4 tank I'm not noticing any gas smell, but when I was parking at work it threatened to stall (shaking and rpms dropping).

Sounds like the fuel pump relay needs to have it's tab bent out, which forces it into high speed mode full time. Low speed resistor is probably going. Common issue. This thread will explain it--> http://www.grandprixforums.net/showthread.php?t=72135&highlight=fuel+pump+relay

As far as the fuel leak, I'd check the filler neck where it meets the tank, and the fuel pump seal on top of the tank. I would not drive it until you find the source of that fuel leak, as the exhaust is right there and could cause a fire.
