Radio Won't shut off

The title says it all. I shut my car off and open my door and the radio usually shuts off but however now it won't. The DIC recognizes when the drivers side door is open when the car is on so I know that works. I pulled the radio fuse and the radio amp fuse to shut it off. It was weird that when I pulled the 10 radio fuse it didn't do anything. It would only shut off when I pulled the amp fuse. Any idea what's up?
 


Make sure your RAP relay is not sticking on.(Retained Accesory Power relay) It keeps the radio on until you open a door.
