Radio, heat and mpg display dont work *HELP*

I went to put in my aftermarket deck today, i took all the pannels off, removed the stock deck, realized i forgot a wire so drove home. while i was driving home i realized the display screen for the heat setting and stuff doesnt work, the display screen in the center of the dash doesnt work, and the radio display doesnt work, aswell as it doesnt have sound. the little red lights for the buttons still work for the heat display and same when i plug the stock deck back in(the aftermarket deck doesnt have running lights like that so im not sure if it works) any ideas? i checked the fuses and didnt see anythign wrong with the wires.
its on a 99 grand prix gtp
