just wondering if anybodys backlight goes dim and bright ever so often and ive got dual ac/heat and the some lights are blowed on the bottom drivers side area,are there any way i can change them and the switch for fan speed only works on 3+,is my whole thing bad,should i just replace it and is my radio going bad it also reads e23 sometimes
