Radio and ignition issues

1998 Grand Prix GT 2Door, when the car is running or in the on position and i open the door i get the door chime maybe 2 times and the radio and chime stop for about 3 second and radio comes back on and no chime... i think the chime is just letting me know the door got opened, and it only happens about 80-90% of the time when i open the door, anybody have a clue what gremlin is messing with my car now? PLEASE HELP
 


Nobody has an idea? I open the door with the key on and it will start to door chime then the interior lights turn off and back on and so does the radio... anyideas?
 
So to add to my problem if the car is in ACC mode and i leave the door open the door chimes for a while then the radio, int lights, chime all turn off and back on then works for a min or so and then does it again... could it be the BCM?
