Radiator replacement

Can anyone tell me what is so special about the radiator in the 04 GT? The dealer price, (I know it's the dealer), is $535, and Pep Boys told me $435. That is for the part only, NOT including the install. NAPA told me they could get it for $273, but still that is really high! Anyone else deal with replacing this yet?
 


Thanks, I have to see what the difference is, because they are showing 3 or 4 different ones for my car, and I have to make sure that they have the right one, but my luck they are still selling it for over $400.
