Radiator Fans run from start up to shut down

I've replaced fuses, pulled relays, and the only thing that works is to keep the relays pulled until I find a solution. Since it's cold it never reaches operating temp, even without the radiator fans running all the time which also means that I may have a defective thermostat. But I'm going to need to figure this out before it gets warm. The only thing I can think of is if it could be my remote start, are there any wires underneath the dash for the rad fans to run? If thats not the case then is there a way I can wire a switch to the main relay to turn the fans on and off manually?

what kinda of car we talking here?

if its a 3800, it could be the temp sensor under the t stat. its got two parts, one to the pcm, one to the dash. if its shot to the pcm it may just make the fans come on full time as a safety.

or its harness is shot. when you unplug the temp sensor the fans will run full time. the harness bakes in the heat inches off the crossover pipe.

if you have a torque app see what it says your temp is. if it dont show a temp that could be the harness or sensor.

It's a 2000 Park Ave Ultra. Yea the temp on the dash corresponds with the pcm temp via the torque app... Driving the car stays around 140 degrees give or take. If I let it idle it reaches the operating temp.

id still take a good look at the temp sensor harness. its like 4 inches long. it up plugs from the sensor to the harness on the lim is another plug. that little harness bakes in the heat, it may have one wire melted or damaged.

if you have a open cone filter and the pcm just laying there look for a rubbed wire there, as well as the harness loop at the dog bone mount. if you have one there on the park ave.
