Radiator fans kicking on at 210

I have an 03 GP GT and I noticed that when sitting the coolant temp will rise to around 210 and then the radiator fans kick on. I have had 3 other GPs and the temp hasn't gotten that high. When are the fans supposed to kick on? If that's normal there must be some other issue I guess
 


212* and 226* are the temps.

Probaby wants to see 213-214 before turning the low speed fan on.

The temp gauge on the dash is known to be "off". If you have a scanner that can read live data you should be able to see the actual coolant temp that the PCM is reporting.
