looks to be a bolt on the rack and pinion or wht they use to align the car...seems to be leaking do they make another seal kit wht would make it leak on a 05 grand prix
 


The inner and outter tie rods come out of the end of the rack, that is how the car is aligned and around where the inner tie rod hooks in there are seals. I do believe it's possible to get new ones w/o having to buy a new rack.
