Rack and Pinion Magnasteer or not Magnasteer?

2001 GP 140k. I just pulled my Rack and Pinion. I am trying to determine if its a Magnasteer or not. Based on some of what I've read, if it has the wiring coming off of it, then its Magnasteer? Is that correct? Is it NV7 that is suppose to be on the sticker though?

Any help would be appreciated before I pull the trigger on a new Rack.

It was plugged in. For the most part, in shopping around on-line for a new rack, it doesn't specify "w/magnasteer" for 2001, just GT or GTP. It left me a little confused. Is it possible that all 2001 GTs and GTPs came with it?
