Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Quick struts from ZZP

You still have to pay shipping, + duty on top of that.

Note they come with lowering springs, so they might aggravate your axles if they're worn, or any other suspension issues.

What exactly do u mean by aggravate axles? I'm in market for new ones for my gxp

Sent from my pager using Morse code. ... .. ... ....

Its possible your axles are fine now, but once you lower, they could start to vibrate.

Its because they're pushed off angle.

See bio's lowering thread for more.

forgot ya all are in Canada....how much extra would shipping and duty add to order

Well I'm not looking to lower, I just want stock struts with a bit more strength to them, I've replaced the GM ones which calapsed on the front and the after market Monroe ones just calapsed on the drivers side, all within the last 4 months, and the rear passenger side clinks

ZZP offers 10$ duty on anything over 100$ to Canada with UPS. But if i were you i'd go with Strutek from Primechoiceauto. I have them on my car with lowering springs, they are firmer than monroes and I've had them for around 10,000km and no issues so far. And for the price if they ever brake you can buy them twice and its still cheaper than a monroe strut .

Warranty the monroe strut.

x2.....the shop you had do the install should be sympathetic enough,or understanding about the problem...hopefully you still have your receipts

you could call Monroe customer service directly and let them know about the bad strut, they would probably work with you on it...

I did that with Ford when I had a Windstar that the front spring broke(not under warranty)..the total bill after tow, spring replace and blown tire from tow truck driver was $500.00. I got on the phone and started talking about "Ford quality" and why I bought Ford,blah,blah....sobbin the how much I love Fords and how I felt let down.

Damn if they didn't send me a check for the whole amount..I sold that p.o.s. really quick after that

Lifetime warranty if bought via Candian Tire or PartSource.

The problem with that is the shop that did the work will warrantee the strut no problem, they want rediculus amounts of cash for labor, however 4 months ago I had little knowledge of how to do vehicle work but I picked up a job at a local shop and its all I've been doing, brakes and suspention work, so I don't want some other greasy **** charging me money for something I can do myself
