Quick exhaust question

Does the GT exhaust bold up to the SE. My friend was wanting to buy a set off a GT but i thought i red they ond bolt to cat the same... ANY IDEA>...
I thought i could check by exhaust kits for sale on 3800performance, zzperformance and PFYC.com but they all say 3800 nothiing about the 3.1 or 3.4
 


Look under it and see...idk as I think the 3.1/3.4 V6 has a different exhaust route but I am not sure...if not just bolt the bish on there and have dual muffs :p
 
I'm only looking for the cat back not all of it. i was just curious if the cat back flange was the same or even in the same area. I know holes are there for the muffler mounts.. Guess ill check it out when he brings car to me i got the gt he has the se.
