Questions for people with Vogtlands

Ok so I switched from my stock 100k FE3 struts and DNA springs to new FE3 and Vogtland and the ride is so much better...but I have a few questions. The rear is about half as stiff and front so on big freeway bumps almost seems a little bouncy. I don't remember the rear being very soft with stock or DNA springs. I did install the stock springs on the new struts for about a week while I was waiting for the Vogtlands to arrive and it was similar results. Softer and almost bouncy in the rear vs the front. I am wondering if Rockauto sent me some rear fe2 struts of something or is this normal? Now that the rear is softer I am getting some rubbing on big bumps so I will new to roll the rear fenders

I called them earlier and talked about the situation. Dude guaranteed me they are the proper Delcos if they were listed that way.
He said they buy out other suppliers because they are dropping the line, then sell them cheap.

Maybe you are just used to the old 100k FE3 ride, and now with a little more fresh strut, it feels strange.
Or at least I hope so because I have the exact same struts.

Pulled apart the rear suspension and the old struts are about twice as hard to push down then the new ones so pretty sure these bargain struts are fe2 or something

Yeah I saw that earlier. the front and rear numbers are mixed, but regardless. the front is #22206360
so you are saying even with the stock springs it was mushier?
There are a few other guys here who also bought those rears. It would be nice if they would see this.
As far as I can tell no one else has said anything and I am on here pretty much everyday.
Mr. Rockauto dude said he hasn't heard anything about any of their closeouts being different.

Here is the thread that got us started. Apparently it was listed as #506623.

Yeah most everyone prob has them sitting in their basement like you and I...last week installed these with the stock springs and there was deff a ride different between the front and rear...but yeah i removed the spring and set the old and new next to each other and the old ones are about twice as hard to push down...even had my wife come do it to make sure I am not crazy and she agreed

At this point not really sure how to confirm they are fe1 or fe2 but they deff aren't the same as the ones that came off my 110k comp G lol old ass struts are way stiffer

Man the numbers from the front come up with nothing on google too.
I am tempted to order some rears to check and return the new(within 30 days) or sell the first new on craigslist.

what a dam clusterfck

I hate kyb had some on a coupe subaru's and never was impressed...I think I might order he fe3 from RA again and compare them when I get them and if they are wrong again return them
