Question for Trannyman

The transmissions for sale at Triple Edge for $1449.95, are they HD's? Also, did I read correctly that the torque convertor is included for that price?

My tranny was rebuilt around 14 months ago and is now overheating. The warranty ran out a long time ago because of mileage. I had it checked out and they found that the fluid flow rate was half of what it should be. They want $3000 - $3500 to fix it.:th_nervous: I'd rather get another one instead of paying that price, again, so I'm weighing my options.

$3K is waaaay to much $$$. I had the trans in my GT rebuilt after it toasted. Everything but the case, soup to nuts for $2300 out the door. Only a GT so not an HD tho...

$1449.95 is my base cost for performance rebuilds HD or non HD. I include a reman converter at no extra cost with my 4T65E rebuilds unless upgrading to my performance stall converter or you have a different one that is new that you want to use. Thanks. I'm gonna change the filter and check for blockages first before I commit to buying another tranny. I'll let you know. It may not be right away. I have to come up with the money. The car still drives like normal, I just can't go long distances.
