Question about hid pin connector.

Ok I recently received a bi-xenon hid kit from vvme and I love it ( I actually ordered two). Ok I was reversing the pins and I broke one :( I was wondering would it be ok if I just used splice connectors and hooked them up that way? Like splicing the correct wires together? Thanks in advance guys, love the info on this site.
 


Ok, splicing worked great but now I have no high beams. :( I did the pin reversal trick and the high beam indicator went away. So am I missing something? Did I wire the
wrong?
