OK I found a new Gen v in the junkyard yey me because I cleaned my rotors off rookie style a year ago.....but now since I don't have a pulley tool ...and I already have a thrusher hub on my current SC ...my plan is too took the rotor pack out my found on and put it in my current one.

I know I need oil
I'm going to order the upgrade coupler from zzp

do I have to change the needle bearings is my question?
or can I just had in some of the grease and go?

yea its nice to change them out but for now was wondering can I just plug them in ////// and do I use any rtv to make sure case is sealed ?

I read its hard to get off when I decide to open it again but who knows if I will....

thinking of sending the other casing off for porting and old rotors off for a more update coating to some one long term ...seen a guy with some blue rotor coating said it stands up to meth a lot better......

ADVICE and Guidence needed plz !!

You don't have to grease or replace the needle bearings if they aren't being a problem now.

Never use RTV to seal the case back up. You can only use anerobic sealer, comes in a little red tube from the parts store.

Why can't you use both ? I've seen both work..
yeah I bet the RTV is harder to get off later on, but it works. Just don't be an idiot and glob it all
over. Thin spread with a finger and be done.
Saves a trip to the store

a dab or two of some needle bearing grease helps
