Pulley up for the winter?

I think I saw a few guys talking about switching to a bigger pulley for the winter. Is this true? Should I do the same since I am in Alaska and it get pretty cold here.

I have a 3.4'' at the moment, But I have been running without the SC belt for a while now because I sent mine back to Overkill Motorsports to get it adjusted.
By the way, has anyone talked to Will lately? I havent heard from him since the 10th of September. I dont know if he even got the PCM..:hm:

Not sure about the pulley drop, but Will's turn around time is different for everyone. I like the tune he put on my PCM, so it was worth it.

i dont see the need to pulley up for winter.
you arent going WOT in the snow anytime soon anyways. if youre just babying it with all that **** on the road then whatever.
the theory behind it is cold air=more power, always. so if you are making substantially more power then youre tune is changed, causing potential KR and a lean condition.
