I wanted to do a drop from a 3.5 to a 3.3 pulley but have been told by a few people that I will be safe on a 3.1

What size pulley should I get for the 3.3 and should I go to a 3.1? What size belt would I need for that? Keep in mind I have the 1in SSIC

help me maths.

Have you scanned for knock? What's your current timing? If you haven't scanned for knock, do that first. 3.5" --> 3.1" is stupid in my opinion. Make a quick stop at 3.3" and scan for knock. You can always resell it if you can drop further, and it's only like $60 brand-new, anyway.

Things to consider - you're talking about a top swap, which means higher compression than a stock supercharged engine. Further, the short stack just doesn't intercool as well as we all would like. Lastly, Gen5 blower --> +0.1" compared to the Gen3, so when I read your post, from the standpoint of my engine, I read it like you want to go down to 3.0". That's... laughably aggressive.
