Drove right past a cop from a stop sign. It's not like i went on it hard, my car is just incredible horribly loud because i have no resonator and you can't even call my mufflers.."mufflers"..So he pulls me over, older guy, says "Do you know why i stopped you son?" I had no idea at all. He goes, "I'm surprised your head hasn't exploded yet, you might wanna get that fixed before you get a ticket. I asked "is that all?", he says yup. Then i start laughing to myself as he's walking away.

Time for new exhaust
 


that sucks, at least you didnt get a ticket...around here you can pretty much have your car as loud as you want, there are people with fart cannons on like every street lol

You can run open headers in Oklahoma until 10pm, after that its noise polution and up to the officer. Not sure what time in the morning its allowed lol but you need exhaust, cops will start ticketing you for a ****ty sound before too long if you leave it like that
 
2.5" magnaflow resonator and ZZP mufflers. Ive got the gen 1s. They drone horribly at cruising speeds but its as deep as a v8. They say the gen 2 wont do that.
 
I got pulled in my 92 Monty last year by a Dickish city cop. 3.0 6G72 V6. No Cats. No muffler. Straight out the back. Apparently I could be heard for about 3 miles.
 


Whatever you do, don't waste your money on a Walker replacement resonator. I bought one for $80 and quickly realized that it's exactly the same design as a $30 glasspack. It works reasonably well though. It's not as quiet as stock, but there's no cabin noise to speak of.
 
That sucks you got pulled over cause your car is too loud. I rocked my GP for a week with only one muffler. It was pretty loud. Drove past several cops and never got pulled over.
