Props To Diode Dynamics

Just wanted to give DD a big thumbs up. I placed an order on August 8th with them for.....

2x cool white 31 mm festoon SMF1
2x cool white 194 SMD2
1x amber 194 SMD2

I got the parts about a week later, and turned out that the 31mm bulbs were the wrong size. I needed 28mm fuse type.

I contacted DD via e-mail and they issued me an RMA to get the correct bulbs shipped off to me. These arrived a week later, and upon installing them, 1 didn't work. I just contacted them again and they are sending another bulb out to me. Hopefully this one works.

Now, all of this has happened without me having to pay extra, or shipping, or anything (except for the initial purchase of course). They have sent all the replacements out at no charge to me. I was and am very impressed with this customer service, and I do customer service for a living. Big props to Diode Dynamics.

Nice review. I have been happy with the interior LED set up from DD. One of the dual SMD 194's in the rear is starting to go out but that's not a big deal. I'll replace it when both LED's go out.
