Projectors with hid help

So I just installed hid in my fogs recently and I've had hids in my projects for some time now and tonight I noticed that my passenger headlight isn't lighting up. I don't have fuse relays on them because I've never had a problem before. Earlier I turned my brights on then off then it lite up but now it didn't do it? Suggestions?

Or..... Did you turn them on/off several times? We've had GM trucks here at work that need on/off 2-3 times before the bulb will fire. You can also move the bulbs left to right and see if the problem follows.

I have always had a wiring harness, and in 4 years, I've had a bulb not fire 3 times. On/off, and she is good to go.
 
So I got them to turn on during the day and if I do it seperate then they light up so maybe to much am page pulling all at the same time to power the balasts?
