projectors fog lights.... install, ideas?

I've been thinking for a while about installing projectors on my fog lights, however, i can't find "plug and play" for my car. I've seen projectors on ebay, they have to be installed on your car but its not plug and play, you'd have to modify something in your fog light "brackets" Now, even if somewhere I manage to install this projector fog lights, I would not like the fact that they will not fill the whole on the original fog lights, since projectors are smaller than OEM fog lights. it will look ugly, I was thinking about something like projector headlights assembly they sell on ebay, but made for fog lights, they would fit perfectly and would not look ugly, no big gaps. Does any of you have projectors fog lights? do they look good? can you post some pictures or tell me what you did to make them look great? I have no idea where to start

Right now I'm trying to separate the glass/plastic off of one old fog light and its hard to do it, lol I've been heating up for a long time with no luck, still can't separate it

Are you talking about opening your fog lights and putting projectors in them or buying new projector foglights?

either one. It would be great if I buy fog light projectors assembly, just plug and play but I can't find them nowhere. I'm trying to open up my fog lights (old ones, not the ones I have in my car at the moment, just in case I mess up, just training lol) but is hard to do and I know I will be a pain in the butt to fit foglights into the oem fog light assembly

I got mine apart to put the halo rings in them. You can't heat them up to open them. I tried and tried. I ended up using a hacksaw and cut just the side of the lense on the black part to get them open.

Oh I see.. that's why I can't open mine lol, I've been trying and looks like is hot enough to melt the glue bonding this together. But no luck at all lol

I think there have been a few guys that have gotten thesse and one said something about water got inside of his through a vent. I may get these myself but am not sure yet. AutoTecknic Universal Projector Fog Lights - P6

It would probably be easier and quicker to get new foglights that have glass lenses and run HIDs in them

that autoteknic projectors would have to be installed inside of my original fog light assembly.... I would have to open it up and do the whole process, damn I wish I was good doing this things lol

Heck yeah man, that's what I'm talking about! I think the p6 projectors are great for this, because I've been browsing universal projectors on ebay and they look too small, this p6 looks like its just the right size for the grand prix. I was looking on ebay for the p6 projectors but can't find any.... I mean, usually its cheaper on ebay, right? because from autoteknic price is 120.00....... I would think that ebay would have them cheaper?

Yea if anyone has any to sell. I think last week I saw some on there for like $85 and I probably should have bought a set but I didn't have enough money. lol

I did come across that too and was actually just looking at BMW projectors on ebay. lol. I'd have to take some measurements to see if they would fit but it seems like a good idea.

I'm thinking if I should wait a little while, hope I can buy those projector from ebay. But if it takes too long I might have to order from that other website..... You know how it is, just trying to save some money, cause then I will have to buy HID as well. I already have HID but they will not fit on this projector.

I just order mine from autot---- whatever. I didn't want to wait, I've been searching on ebay and can't find them!!! but watch, tomorrow they will have them on ebay! lol
