problem with windshield wipers - 98 gp

Hello,

I just purchased a 98 grand prix gt, and the windshield wipers will not return to the home position. They seem to work fine, but stop in the upward position on the windshield. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

pop them off ... there should b a little latch on wipers open that and and pull back on wiper it will pop off then realign where u want and close latch

Pop the caps off the WW shafts. Loosen the 13mm nut, on each shaft. Pull up on the WW base to loosen it on the shaft. Then move both Wipers down to where their supposed to be. Tighten the nuts back up, put the caps back on.
