Problem with starting sometimes and hesitation with wot

Ok, so about a month or two ago I couldnt start my car and we went through the possibility that my engine was seized. After a nightmare in the cold i found out the reason was that my ac compressor pulley seized so I replaced it with the elimination pulley. I also changed my plugs since I already had them pulled. the car was running great and the minor squealing from the s/c belt even stopped. Now I am having problems with the car starting again. Sometimes it wont turnover and just dies when i turn the key like another pulley is siezed. I also am having hesitation when punching it in higher gears. The boost guage comes on instantly when I hit the gas in 4th or 5th gears and 4th gear has hardly any power i feel like im in a prius. Any suggestions where to start?
 


Yeah i was just reading on here not to use iridium plugs and I think i did and also i did not gap them. what is the gap size? Could this be the reason for the starting issue too?
