Problem with my Grand Prix

I have a 1999 Grand Prix Gt 3800 v6 and all of the sudden when ever I turn slightly sharp, a weird rattling sound happens from around the wheel? Any ideas on what is wrong? Also, when parked or moving slow, when I turn the wheel It makes a loud humming sound like the power steering is messed up, but the fluid is full. Any ideas? Thanks for any input
