Problem posting pics

Does anyone know why I am getting this message and how I can fix it so I can put pics from my computer on the threads? I get it when I try and upload from my computer. I haven't had this issue before.

in the reply window, 3 rd icon from the far right, says insert image when you hover over it, then hit the from my computer tab in the window that opens, then chose file, once you have found and selected your pic hit upload one time and just wait a few, it will load up.

when i do that it tries to upload the pic then spits out the message above

could try using a hosting site and load em that way, via the url tab.
