privacy curtain or shade cover for sunroof ?

My cover only pulls 1/3 of the way shut, I can open it all the way so the opening in the sunroof is clear, but cant close it so no light comes through, any suggestions on how to fix it? Sorry for the part name, have no idea what its called lol

There are I believe 6 screws (3 on each side) holding the sun roof to the railing. Pop the sun roof up, and take the screws off and remove the glass.

Then check out what's blocking it and clean the guides the sunroof cover glides on.

Btw the screws for the sunroof use a torx bit. I forgot what size though lol

Yeah I had the same issue when I bought my 97 gtp, it's a pretty easy fit but I ended up taking mine out totally.
