Preparing to replace my EPC solenoid.

So I had my car looked at and it was holding a code 1811. So I'm going to order a new EPC solenoid, but I want to make sure I get an updated part that will not/should not have this problem again. I have found this one :
EPC Solenoid However if someone knows a better place to buy this part please point me in the right direction. Also what fluid is recommended for these transmissions?

Trannyman uses the Borg Warner version in his transmissions and I think he said he hasn't seen a problem with them yet.
