power windows, locks, moonroof, interior lights not working!! HELP!

I have a 97' gtp sedan I havent had it for long when i got it it did not have any door panels on it bc the windows were are not working nor are the power locks or interior lights or moonroof i have checked the fuses and relays and now i dont know where to start any suggestions would be appreciated thanks..
