power window half works?

i have a 97 gp se the rear passenger side window wont roll down i have tried a different motor not attached just hooked to the power leads it will spin one way but not the other i have replaced the rear switch and the master switch and same problem any ideas would be awsome i am stumped is there a relay on these cars and if so where would they be?
 


My passenger rear will go up and down smooth and quickly, just 75% of the time that you hit the button... not every time... what's up with that?
 
you missunderstand the motor is new not hooked to the regulator the old motor is hooked to the regulator i just pluged in the wires and it will onlt spin one direction like to roll up but not down?
