Power steering noises.

Hey guys wondering if i could bounce some thoughts off your heads... been haveing a issue that i have been trying to track down. when ever i make left turns i get a cavatation/pressure relief valve unseating sound that comes from the engine bay. its is the same sound no matter if i am going fast or if i am backing out of my driveway but only happens when the steering wheel is turned to the left. the power steering is not affected and works fine just irrated with the sound. i had changed the wheel bearings as they were bad but its not them. The fluid is full and not leaking and still is fairly clean looking. any ideas?
 


Yea I agree with tanker. As long as ur fluid level is fine and there's no leaks and the power steering still works no problems just drive it till ya start having problems...like my power steering I'm fixing to replace
