Power Steering Leak

So, I've got a '99 prix GTP and I've got a leaking power steering system. I replaced the pump a few years ago and it should still be good. It looks like the power steering line is leaking (pretty bad). My question is that are there more than one lines? Also, I need to make sure my tranny pan bolts are torqued properly. I think the spec calls for 11 Nm, is this correct?

There are two lines, one metal screwed in, another rubber clamped on barb to the PSP.
Tranny oil pan installation bolts tightening spec: 14 N·m (10 lb ft).
