Possible rare car?????



He was busy today. Told me he'd look at it in the morning. I'll make sure I wake up early and go up there.
 
Just talked to my roommate. The pictures are in his truck. I'll have them in about 3 hours. You'll see the difference just below the alternator. And I remembered last night, when I bought an oil pressure sensor, I had to get one for an 06. 05 had a different harness plug. I'm pretty sure they did a split year like the 2007/2007.5 duramax.
 
Hey folks My car is an 06 by vin, also the paint code is 63u, but its not, its crimson red. I contacted gm, they had few answers as far as production numbers. My car is likely first month production, also they said its possible they ran out of 63u paint and went to the next closest thing which is crimson red(barrowed from regular grand prix production line) or my car got one hell of a repaint including under the car and engine bay(unlikely) I am not sure I believe what they told me, more likely some monday morning dude painted the car the wrong color, oddly I have seen several gxp cars on the net in crimson red.......rare car not really.......still looks great........still is faster than many others!

So you have a remote power steering resovoir? And where is your belt tensioner? Good inffo and thanks for the follow up. Would like to see a actual pic of the engine. Side. I would really like to do a power steering resovoir relocate and if I can do it with factory parts that would be ideal.
