Possible Ignition control module problems?

Well i idle somewhat hard...enough to shake the engine a little
when i go from 70-90 mph and get close to 4000 rpms it throws a random missfire code at no other time it does this any thoughts?

i had somewhat the same problem in my 01. Mine was throwing that misfire code when then engine went higher than 2000 rpm but nothing when it was lower or at idle. I was getting the misfire on cyl. 1 & 4, so I thought it was the coil, but the coil was good. I had the ignition module checked and it was good too. I changed plugs and wires but still got the code and a flashing SES when it reached that rpm. I had that rough idle too! What it turned out to be was that it needed to re-learn the CKP variation for the crankshaft sensor it uses to detect misfire. I used a MODIS scanner to do it. No more misfire and the idle definitely smoothed out.
