possible connecting rod issue

I thought my water pump was making alot of racket but since removing the shroud to get a better look I am hearing this racket behind my crank pulley and I'm thinking now the connecting rod sleeve has slipped and is spinning around the crank shaft. Anyone know how much it will be to fix?
 


yeah get a new shortblock. trust me you spun a bearing hence you need to remachine your crankshaft but its cheaper to just get a new shortblock sad but true i know :( welcome to the forums by the way :)
