Possiable coolant leak(with pictures!), what parts will i need to order?

I've been noticing disappearing coolant lately. There seems to be no difference in the oil color/viscosity/smell/level. But there is an odd brownish-red tint to the oil cap(possibly synthetic oil or dyes in the gas?) and there's a bee's wax substance on the coolant cap. I took some pictures earlier:

Do I have to replace the LIM gasket along with the UIM gasket? What parts will I need for both jobs? Also, I might install the HV3 insert while im in there...

Oil cap is normal, oil and condensation mix and when it drys it takes the tint of oil.

Rad cap just looks like cheese from the dexcool, it breaks down and the oils in it attach to bubbles and float to the top.

Well, I still have a small leak of oil(?) from the UIM, it seems to make a very small puddle in the months between oil changes. Also, now I wonder here the dexcool is going....

How fast are you losing coolant?

Definitely a lim leak...I had the same symptoms.
