Anyone know a place in or around Charlotte, NC where I can get this done? I am about to do a top swap in my car and I know this can help reduce kr.

Won't help with knock.
Open the V outlet if a GEN 3 supercharger. Provides a better flow into the intake manifold.
Easy to do with a die grinder.
