popping noise from rear during acceleration GXP

hey guys gotta quick question. its for my buddy who has a 07 gp gxp 40k and everytime he takes off from stop under normal acceleration theres a "pop" sound coming from the rear driver side wheel (we believe). at first we thought it was the sway bar links so we switched it out and it was ok for couple days and it came back. anyone else experience this? shed some light on this? thanks guys!

You did both sides or just one?


Just a guess would be the strut or mount.

I just had a popping noise fixed on my 2008 GXP. The gas tank was shifting causing a loud popping sound when I had less than half a tank of gas on hard accelerations.
