pontiac back bumper not tucked under on one side

On the back bumper of a 2003 grand Prix gt sedan it says Pontiac in big lettering under the bumper right? mines hangs on one side and the bracket is broke. how do I replace the bracket...if you don't get the picture stick both your hands out and curl the right one and leave the other one half curled.. turn them over near one muffler tail pike it is tucked under and on the other side the bracket is brok so it hang out a little:th_wtf:
