'04 Grand Prix 3800 Series 3. I have a PO128 code. Should I be looking to replace the thermostat or the engine coolant temperature sensor? I checked, and the coolant level in the reservoir is ok. The gauge needle sits on the 1/4 mark when the engine is warmed up.
 


Thermostats are under $10, and if it's stuck open, it would prevent the car from warming up, so I would start there.
