Plugging a Vac line

I have a spare vac line spot on my vac tree that i dont need/use. I need to find the most effective way to plug it closed to prevent a vac leak.
 


I dont know where to loop the line too.. i still need the vac tree to work.. Just one of the feeds on it is no longer needed.
 
Silicone cap from the parts store. I've seen them as small as 1/16th inch. And Poker is right, the colored ones do last longer for some reason.. Black ones on my wagon got replaced twice in 4 months, switched to the colored, and they are still on there.
